Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order if:

The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
To request a return, please contact us with your order number, photos of the product, and the reason for the return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Items without original packaging or tags.

Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or a video. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund after verification.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
